After a recent delivery, customers Mike and Julie S. of Reno, gave a greeting card to our Delivery Team after the delivery of their Caldera spa. It was addressed to the Awesome Spa Delivery Men.

The card said “Thank you for all your hard work, kindness & professionalism! We love our spa!!

Our delivery crews deliver hundreds of spas each year.

“We deliver dozens of hot tubs and swim spas a week, and each one is a special project to us,” said Spa and Sauna Company Operations Manager Joe Lake.  “While the sales team is focused on finding the spa that’s right for you, our delivery team is charged with making sure you’re ready to enjoy your new purchase. For that reason, we take pride in making sure your experience with our company is the best.”

While we often receive positive comments on our review pages, about our Sales, Service and Delivery Teams, a greeting card is rare and means a lot to our team.

“I’ve been in the delivery department for The Spa and Sauna Company of Reno for five years now and I have delivered to many grateful customers over the years, but I’ve never had a customer send me a thank you card for appreciation,” said Lead Driver Anthony Williams, who helped deliver the spa that day. “We had shown up to Mike and Julie’s house a little early before schedule and Mike raced home to greet us and show us where to put the hot tub. We then went through our normal procedures and walk through answering any questions Mike had. He was super thankful and pleased with his spa. Come the next morning when I came into the shop at six and grabbed my paper work there was an envelope that said “delivery crew” in my stack of paper. Inside the envelope there was a tip and a card that read “Thank you for all your hard work, kindness & professionalism! We love our spa!!” The card made my and my crew’s entire day.”
